User Manual for BJC-4200

I tried to download the User Manual for the Canon BJC-4200, and unlike
the other files on that page, which worked fine, clicking on the user
manual went to the software license agreement page, and then sprang
right back to the list of files page. All of the BJC-4xxx pages were
like this.

When I wrote them they said "The document you have selected does not
exist in the knowledge base any longer, please try your search again
to retrieve the most updated documents."

Have they stopped providing User Manuals? Is there any other way to
get one?

Thanks

Thanks anyhow. I found one. It didnt' occur to me that anyone but
Canon would have it.

And it still distresses me that they don't have it anymore. Isn't it
a bad sign in general when they cut back on customer support?
Thanks

Answered by email.

I got three requests. One person said he thought it was ok to post
the address.

I didn't post it because I have a vision of Canon hunting him down and
giving him copyright troubles. I didn't tell the whole story of the
emails between Canon and me. I was very put off by them. (Since when
I replied to their computer generated reply and put "ESCALATE" in the
subject line, as they told me to do, I assume it was a human being who
was answering me. He/it never answered my questions. If it was a
human, he was what I would call passive aggressive. Very annoyingly
so.)

Anyhow, the manual came from
http://www.precision.com/Printer Manuals.htm

He has a bunch of other manuals as well, from Canon and other
companies.

If I'm going to give everyone who asks his url, then of course Canon
could write me too, pretending to be an individual.

I'm surprised 3 people wrote. Do they all buy them used, like I did,
or how do so many people get in my shoes? Serious question. :)
