User Manager - Array bounds are invalid

After applying SP4 to two Windows 2000 Advanced Servers
that are members of an NT4 domain, receive the
error "Array bounds are invalid" when attempting to edit
or add user info or access User Rights or Audit Policies
via User Manager for domains.

Neither W2K server is a domain controller.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
