User Logs, XP Home

I posted this in windowsxp.basic, but didn't get any responses. May be
someone here can help.

Is there a file that keeps track of the logon/logoff times on an XP-Home
system with multiple users. I thought there was such a thing on NT, but
can't find anything similar on XP.
