Windows XP HE - Knowing When A User Has Logged Off

Is there any way to find out when I user has logged off? I noticed
that the Event Log contains Logon/Logoff Events. How do I know which
event is a logoff event?

In the Security Log it's Event ID: 538. But if I remember correctly the
time recorded can be off (late) by as much as 15 minutes or so.
