User logged into domain but have to setup outlook

Is there any way when a user logs into a different computer, for that
computer to automatically setup her outlook 2003? Everyone is on the same
domain.

All users in my company have 2003 outlook and if they have to move to a
different PC, i have to physically go over and set their exhange information.

yes, you can use prf in a logon script. Create it using the CIW.
