user level security

I have completed the user level security wizard and am trying to give
specific users rights to view/edit/etc certain forms. I have read all of the
links but maybe I am missing something. I want to set certaing individuals to
be able to view a form how would i do this?

It is better to build a group for those individuals and allow the group
permissions.

Go to: Tools >>> User and Group Permissions, then select the object and set
the permissions.
