Another field on my form asks for the user to "sign" their name. All of our
computers are named as our first initial and last name when you look at the
computer name in "my computer". I was wondering if there was a way to have
the user click a "sign-off" button and the field would automatically populate
with the computer name. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Code at the link below returns the computer name. There is also code on
that site to get the actual user login name.
