Hi There,
I've created a userform on my website where people submit queries etc.
I used the standard form in FP 2000.In the form properties I specified that the details should be sent to a certain e-mail address. Whenever I click on the Submit Query button, nothing happens. I get the "Cannot find Server" error page. Why is this happening? Is it because my webpage isn't registered yet? Or is it something I didn't do right?

Please help, need to get this thing running ASAP!

Cheers
Theo

Hi Theo,

Do you have the FPSE installed with a site email address?

FP Forms processing requires:
- A form created in FP as a part of a FP Site
(if created locally in FP, the site w/ the form must be published to a server running the FP Server Extensions using http mode)
- Saved results must be to an existing file in a folder w/ write permissions
(by default the _private folder has write permissions)
- The host server must be running properly configured FP Server Extensions that are not corrupted
(corruption can be caused by accessing the server outside of FP - say using FTP)
- To send mail the host server must have Email Transport enabled under the FP SE by the Host
(most hosts will block any mail that is not sent to an address at the hosted site / domain)

WHEN did you register your 'webpage'?
If your webpage isn't registered yet how did you put it online?
