User Email interaction

Hello,

I have a contact database in which I would like to add a button "Send
E-mail" that would open Outlook if it wasn't already opened and start a new
E-mail with the specific contact as the recipient "TO". How can I achieve
this? I don't want to just send of a standard E-mail. I want the user to
have the opportunity to enter whatever text they wish and attachments if
need be?!
