Hi
i have burnt a .doc file in a CD-R in 2003 that PC was on XP and HDD was
NTFS. I burnt CD-R and chkd it many time it was working ok. i saved the CD
and now i need that document and that says "word cannot open the document:
user does not have access privileges (E:\fileneme.doc) and when i try to copy
it says " cannot copy filename: Access is denied .. make sure the disk in not
full or write protected and that the file is not currently i use" i am unable
to copy it on my HDD or Open the File.
Please Help that file is very important.

Thanks
Usman

Try using that disk on another computer to see what happens. There are no
permissions on the file system used when you burn a disk that would deny
access. Possibly there is an error reading the files. Also make sure you are
trying to copy and not "cut" the file from the cd disk.
