User directory has to be moved from c drive

My c drive is almost ful. I need to move the user directory out of C drive.
How do i move the user directory and the profiled out of C drive to D drive
without any loss of functionallity?

Go to your user account and right-click on Documents, Music, etc.
(individually). You'll see a "Locate" tab. The rest is self-explanatory.
