User Cannot Change Password

Hi

I created a new user and logged on as him
before I got the user to logon I checked "CHANGE PASSWORD AT NEXT LOGON"
the user can login and the change password dialog appears
the user cannot change his password when he clicks ok after entering new
password twice.

in AD the user has everybody Change Password and SELF Change Password which
is the same as other users.

Why can't this user change his password.
Under NT4 I would have had to uncheck Require users to logon to change
password to solve this problem.

Other users are ok!

Read my thread from earlier in the week entitiles "Domain users unable to
change passwords upon expiration" ... I am still waiting for a definitive
answer as well. Seems to be the same issue.
