User can not logon to TS as profile will not load

This might be way off, but we had a similar problem just
logging on to a newly build system. We added the user to
the local admin group and then he was able to log on. It
was weird, but he had to have admin rights in order for
the profile to load. Once it loaded, we could remove him
from the admin group and he was able to log on after that
because his profile had already loaded.

I am actually seing a similar problem here. I have a TS
box that's been running for half a year or so. I wanted to
add another user a short while ago, and when trying to log
in it keeps telling me that "Windows cannot log you on
because the profile cannot be loaded. Access is denied".
And from what I can tell, the user profile is setup up
mathing a working user exactly.

Ideas anyone?
