user Administrate groub of computer

hi all

i have one domain in my company and want to make user administrator withen
computers in this dept. and don't have this privilage on another computer
in other dept.
notice
my server is run win2000 server i organize the active dirctory depend on
dept.
how can i make this

Create a global group that contains all members of the desired
department, and then add this group to each workstation's local
administrator group.
