User Accts in WinXP Home Edition

I've got a Windows XP Home Edition computer. I created additional user
accounts on it for my family. When those additional users sign in and try to
access the Internet with Internet Explorer, they all get "Page cannot be
displayed". However, they are still able to get the automatic Windows Update
downloads to work.

What do I need to do to correct this in WinXP Home?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe it to be a settings issue. Check your Internet Explorer settings
and also, what kind of internet connection are you on? That info would help
me out.
