User accounts

How do I customize the user accounts? I want to remove
access from programs not needed by other users, so they
only have what they need. But can not find any info on
this.

Go to control Panel and select user accounts.
Then click on change account and set your preferences.
You will need to have an administrator Account to be able to do this.
