Straub cogitated deeply and scribbled thusly:
how many user accounts can you have in xp home ed
As many as you have disk space to store the data.
But of course there is a point where it gets silly......

This would be an unmanageable situation and you would be advised to look
into a more robust solution based around a Network Operating systems such as
Windows Server 2003.

The main limiting factor on local accounts will be the storage of all those
profiles and "My Documents"
