user accounts

i have set up a limited account for some1 in my
household is there any way i can let them have programs
thats in my admin account?

such as keyloggers that i can view in my account without
the other person knowning?

Try...

Log in as admin.

Right click on start and select "explore".

You should see folders for each user including Admin and one for All users.

The sub folders within are the same so(for example) if you want one of your
desktop icons to appears on All users desktops you move it into here .....

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop

Short cuts to programs on the start menu seem to wok in much the same way
(at least for most programs). Some programs that are multi user aware need
to be installed for each user and need each user to agree the EULA.

Otherise look at

start -> run -> msconfig and see the startup tab.
