user accounts

Hi, I have three users on my system, and the only way they can connect to the internet is their accounts are set to admin. If I set any user to limited, they can not connect at all. This is driving me nuts, please help. Also, would spy ware cause this problem? I run spybot and when I try to remove all the spy ware, internet explorer will not run. May be two different problems, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I also run 3 users on this system and also run `spybot` but don`t have ur
problems.I am sure u will get a more specific answer from more knowledgable
guys, but I am sure there is an ignore list in spybot which you can check so
it bypasses in the scan. If you don`t get an answer there is a forum for
spybot which is very useful for this kind of problem.
