User Accounts

I am trying to delete a user account, and I know how to do it, but the
computer freezes everytime and when I run it in safe mode, it shows that the
account has already been deleted. How can I make sure it is gone and delete
it in normal mode?
 
Click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 If the account still
shows up there, delete it using that applet. If you're running XP Pro you
can also click Start, Run and enter LUSRMGR.EXE and administer your users
and groups there.
