user accounts

when i create a user account, then loggon to that user account i get a
message saying "internet explorer script error. so that person cant change
there password it also happens on the administaror. the only account that
lets me go to user accounts is mine

So you go from your account to Control Panel->User Accounts, create a
new account, attempt to log on to it and get an error message - what
is the exact text of the message, with any accompanying error numbers?
