User Accounts

Start>Control Panel>User Accounts
There is no "User" or "Advanced" tabs.
Windows XP Pro SP2

Already tried Start>Run; control userpasswords2 Nothing happens
 
1. command prompt : compmgmt.msc
- expand system, click users under "users and groups"
or
2 start menu, control panel, administrative tools, computer management
and...
 
Control Panel>User Accounts>Change the way users log on or off>uncheck
'Use Welcome screen'.
