User accounts

Can anyone explain please why, when I create a user acount with a name
alphabetically 'less than' my name as the administrator, on the user's
desktop the 'user's documents' folder shows under 'my computer' under 'files
stored on this computer', but when the user's name is alphabetically greater
than mine as the administrator, the user's documents folder does not show
there (although it can still be found by drilling down through c/documents
and settings).

Furthermore, if I rename my account as administrator using a name
alphabetically less than all other user names, even the users' desktops where
their 'user's documents' folder did show under my computer don't show their
'user's documents' folder there anymore!

Deeply perplexed and troubled.

..... snip .....

I created an account "greater" than mine and at first it did not show
but after I logged into the new account and then logged back into mine
it showed up no problem.
