user accounts

Need Help,,,,
how do I edit the limited account for users to disallow
them access to the desktop appearance, ie how do I stop
them changing the screen saver etc???
 
Are you using XP Home or XP Pro?

For XP Pro perform the following:

Start run and in the run box type in Gpedit.msc and click okay
Expand User Configuration>Admin Templates>Desktop
