User accounts

I am performing a centralized installation of F-Secure
Antivirus on a workgroup. The workgroup contains Windows
XP Professional only. During the installation, I am
required to input an administrative account for a shared
folder on a remote pc within the workgroup; but only the
local user accounts for that machine are available. I
need to access the user accounts on a remote pc.
Question: How do I access the local user accounts on a
remote pc within a workgroup in Windows XP Professional?

You would have to know the account names ahead of time, since this is an
"unmanaged" network (non-domain) there is no central listing of accounts.
