user accounts

I have a Windows xp home edition os in a work enviroment
I know we should be use xp pro but thats another issue. I
am hving trouble accessing some of the user accounts I
have over 180 accounts on these machines is their a limit
on how many user accounts can be set up or is this a
memory issue. Any info would be appreciated.

Pat;
I don't think there is a limit, however you may start to have trouble
if many of the accounts are open at the same time.
Try logging off the other users instead of "Switch user".
