I cannot find/see my user account. When I try to make a new one with the same name, it says it already exists but it and the settings/files are no where to be found?
I cannot find/see my user account. When I try to make a new one with the same name, it says it already exists but it and the settings/files are no where to be found??
Go to Start > run > lusrmgr.msc
click on users
Does the account appear there?
If you want to make a new account with the same name then delete the
account found in there.
