I am having the same problem, I was trying to put on a password to keep my
daughter off the computer without my permission, but now I can't even get to
the control panel, I have XP Professional it just gives me the XP screen
without any icons for users. When I do control, alt, delete it gives me the
sign in with Administrator and it keeps asking me for a password in
Administration and when I put in the password I thought I gave it it says
invalid password, so I can't get in at all or even get to change a password.
I want the system to go back to the original state before I tried to put in a
password so I can even just use my computer. At this state I can't even get
in it at all HELP SOMEONE and tell me what I can do also.
