User accounts problem on Windows XP

Hi, my pc has 4 user accounts and until recently that included 3
administrators(of which i was one) and one limited account. This was changed
to make me a limited account, but when returned to normal i did not have the
same administrator privileges and cannot modify account status or access the
C drive files. Can anyone help with this?

Log into *another* account that has admin privileges and change your account
back to administrator.
