User accounts logging on

Noone can remember their passwords for logging on and therefore we cannot get
into the system to be able to reset passwords etc.
 
Boot into safe mode, you will then be able to access the administrators
account and change other account passwords.

It is a good practice to password the administrator account as well but do
not lose that password other wise things will get difficult for you.
