User Accounts in Control Panel

When start "User Accounts" from control panel I get the new style (teletuby
version) interface like with "control userpasswords" in cmd shell.
The old one I can start with "control userpasswords2". Is there somewhere a
setting to tell control panel to launch userpasswords2?

I don't know if there is a way to "fix" the User Accounts icon in Control Panel to launch another CPL (I don't think so unless you
want to replace nusrmgr.cpl by your own CPL that will do whatever you need).

I guess it may be easer to provide end users with an icon to launch the following command line:
rundll32 netplwiz.dll,UsersRunDll
