User accounts - How to duplicate question

on Domain workstation running XP Pro I have a uers account named Melanie
I want the other user accounts on this workstation to have exact settings as
Melanie when they logon to this workstation.
How do I duplicate all Melanie's settings to user Cynthia, Jeanette, etc?

Log on as the local administrator. Use System Properties, Advanced, User
Profiles. Copy Melanie's profile to each user.

Rob, thanks for reply. I did as you suggested but the desktop icons are not
the same on the users that I copied the profile to.

They should be, the desktop is part of the profile.

You many have multiple settings under the all users profile. You might try
copying that as well.
