user accounts freeze

I have set up "limited" user accounts for my kids, so
they can not download as much without asking first. My
problem is their accounts recently do not work. As soon
as they click the start button and access all programs
the screen freezes. They cannot access anything if they
use the start button. I have changed their accounts to
administrative just to see if that helped it did not. I
have deleted their accounts and that didn't help. My
account is running fine. Also I am getting an error from
my virus program when their user accounts are started
up "virus data files are missing - unable to scan
downloaded files". Is this error message the root of my
problem?

Just incase anyone else has this problem it is a virus

scan error. My virus software is Mcafee. If you do end
up with the same problem go to mcafee's website and they
have a help section.
