User Accounts Error Message

I clicked on Control Panel/User Accounts and an error message poped-up. The
title line on the Windows said "Internet Explorer Script Error". I didn't
access IE. Then it said, "An error has occured in the scripts on this page."
In the body of the window there was no information given. At the bottom it
said, "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes/No."
Whether I click Yes or No the pop-up windows remains frozen. What should I
do?

Problem solved, I put the Windows Install disk in the optical drive and ran
repair.
