User Accounts Disapeared

Have XP Pro w/ SP1 and 2.

Problem is that when I go into Control Panel >User Accounts I get a blank
window with a back arrow, forward arrow, and Home buttons. Nothing else. I
have two accounts extra, one for my wife and I.

I've searched this group and haven't found this same problem yet.

I've tried booting to safe mode and they still don't show up. They are at
the welcome screen.

Any thoughts on how to fix.

Hi Mike,

See if registering these DLLs fixes it. Type in Start/Run:

regsvr32 /i mshtml
regsvr32 /i nusrmgr.cpl
regsvr32 jscript

-or-

Try a System Restore rollback.

I did what you suggested and that fixed it. Both my accounts now show up in
my Control Panel.
