user account

i was the only admin account user and whilst trying to fix a problem with
norton managed to delete myself. now i have no way of logging back on as all
other uses are non admin. how do i create a new account and have i lost all
my filesetc

Home or Pro?

In home you can start up in safe mode and an Admin account will
appear.
