User account

When I change accounts from the admin account to a limited user I cannot
connect to Hotmail. Can someone help?
 
You do not change from Admin to User accounts, that will limit access.
You create additional User accounts. Have one Administrator account
and leave that alone, period!
 
After reading your post, I may have misunderstood what you are doing.
You are talking about switching from one account to another, right, not
changing? Try User Fast Switching.
Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Switching Users
