User account won't delete

I created a limited user account for my family an now I
am trying to delete the account, but everytime I try to
do it using control panel it freezes up. Is there a way
I can go in and manually delete the account and files
myself?
 
Hello!
Open control panel > Administrative tools >Event viewer -here look for any
application error log.
Have you tried in Safe Mode?
