User Account with Auto Logon

I want to setup a XP pro User account to use Auto Login,
but has restricted access to program files, and other
critical operations. I would also like to have an
administrator account that would need to be manually
logged into, which will have access to all programs/files.

Unfortunately, AFAIK you can't have both on the same system. You can EITHER
have the welcome screen, showing both accounts, or you can Autolog onto one,
but to get to the other you will have to log off the one you autolog onto
first.
