User account types in XP

Whatever happened to the range of account types (Power
Users, Backup operators, etc) that were available in
Win2000 that seem to have been hidden in XP?

The only options seem to be Administrator and Limited.

I am working in a non-domain setup, and will be
installing the Netware client.

Go to Start > Run and type: control userpasswords2 , and hit enter.
