Setting Up Least Privilege in Windows XP

I am researching how to set up LUA accounts in windows XP. I realize that I
am going to create the following groups:
Administrator
Power User
Users
Guests
Backup Operators

What I am looking for is a step-by-step instructions on how to set up these
accounts in a Domain using Active Directory. Do these instructions exist

Absolutely. Go to TechNet and look at the Deploymet section and also to
the MS homepage for your server OS. There is a wealth of information
about setting up your domain, best practices, etc.
