User account migration

Hi all,

I going to upgrade our network to Wins 2000 with AD service. I will keep the
NT 4.0 (PDC and BDC, both of them is running some application which may not
support by wins 2000) to run and join the new wins 2000 domain. How can I
migrate the user and computer accounts from NT 4.0 to Wins 2000 AD by using
ADMT? I need to keep the Wins 2000 AD running in Mixed mode.

Gary,

In order to use ADMT v2 ( or ADMT or MOVEUSER ) you need to target WIN2000
AD domain to be in native mode. There is just no getting around it.
