User account dates

Is there a way to display the date that user/group
accounts were created or disabled? Also, is there a way
to track all changes (possibly through a log file) that
were made in AD and who made them?

This information is stored in WhenCreated attribute on user/group object.
The rest of the information should be tracked using auditing.
