User account created and by the icon has been deleted

My daughter tried to create a user account on my computer without permission.
Some how the icon under user account has been deleted but the C drive has all
my files on it but can not be access unless you go to my computer and hit the
c drive and click on the file. How can all this be restore to display back
the original way it was before she did this. I have attempted system restore
and went back 2 weeks dating and it states no issues. I can not see anythng
on my desktop but 2 software files that were loaded.

Thank you for your response.
I am the computer administator account. I can see that but it is not
directed to that account. When I hit the Task Manager it says the name and as
active but it only give an option of logoff or disconnect...

I can not access my email or internet explorer from the desktop.

What I am lost on is the icon was deleted and not the delete the account
button was done....

Under user account she created an account then deleted the icon and not the

Ok
I go to the control panel click on user accounts. The icon for the account
my daughter created is gone. She deleted the icon and not the account. So I
can not see the files on the computer admin on the monitor
