User access to programs installed by admin

Installed a couple of games as admin. When my
kids (USER) tried to run them, they get
"install" message as if the games weren't installed
to begin with.

Done some looking in help files and knowledge
base but nothing. Any suggestions?
 
First step is to locate where the program installed,
likely a subfolder within Program Files.
Change this program installation area so that Users
have change/modify instead of only read/execute.
For Home you can do this in a safe mode boot.
If that is insufficient there are further permissions to
try changing, specifically the application's registry keys
etc.

The programs aren't installed under "Program Files".
They're installed under "Games".
 
Whereever they are installed, adjusting filesystem permissions
is the first thing to try.
