User Access - Stupid Question

How do I enable a user to access TS?

It currently says YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SESSION.

Andy,

The user has to have the 'Log on Locally' right - typically via group
membership. Can you please tell us what version of Terminal Services you
are running: WIN2000 or WIN2003?

Also, are you using RDP or ICA ( Microsoft or Citrix )?
