Printer in a TS can install printers

I have serveral WindowsXP workstations with TS Clients on
there machines that access application threw a TS session
that need to print to a network printer. I tried to
install the network print from with in the TS session, but
it gives me access denied to install this device. What
permission does the end user need to install the network
printer during a TS session?

Giving the user the ability to load a printer onto the
terminal server is a rather dangerous activity.

The terminal server should automatically be mapping
network printers that are connected to the clients. Can
you map the network printer on the client before they
connect to the terminal server, and then see if the
terminal server maps it from the client?
