Use this patch Immediately!

I have received 5 copies of an e-mail to my alias address
suggesting I 'use this patch immediately' I view this with
suspicion. Am I correct in this assumption? the originator
is (e-mail address removed). If it is genuine why 5 copies?
if not have Microsoft been outwitted yet again.

Outwitted how?
If I send 5 junk mail letters to your home address each day and leave
blank or someone else's return address, have you been outwitted?
I think you need to reconsider your definition of "outwitted" lest you
end up describing yourself.
