Use PDA at work

I need to sychronize my PDA Palm One Zire 31 with my computer at work and
home. My company uses Microsoft Office 2000 Profession on their network.
First, I noticed that under "Tool" there is no "synchronize" to select. So I
don't know how to share my Outlook calendar, contacts ect. with my PDA. Also
if anyone can help me with the network setup of Outlook, I would appreciate
this. Second, my home computer has Outlook 97 on it. Is there a upgrade that
I can download?Thank you for any response.
 
you need to install the software that came with the PDA in order to synch.
No, you can't download an upgrade from office 97 to 2000
