Use of two Operating Systems in a bilingual family.

I am English speaking and cannot read Chinese. My friend
is Chinese and prefered to have the Chinese language
version of Windows XP. Now that we have the computer I
find it very frustrating as I cannot understand any of
the messages or commands, etc, which are all in
Chinese. Is there a simple solution? Can I install an
English language version of WindowsXP on the same
computer while retaining the Chinese version for my
friend?

Buy the English language version and install it in a dual-boot
configuration.
